The staff that I delt with were very nice people and I have no question about the quality of the repairs they did on my mower. Nice facility too.
However, I received a welcomed text stating that the repairs would cost "roughly" $185, which made my decision to have the mower repaired.
I felt a little differently about my decision after I paid "roughly" $80 over the estimate which included a 4% charge for using a credit card (I never carry that much cash even on vacation) and no senior or Veterans discount.
If my mower breaks down in the future it would be a tough decision to bring it back to Woods, not for the quality repairs but the cost.

I will start great Customer service, on the phone they were knowledgeable and kind. I then made a decision and contacted them with email and was promptly told that my items would be ready. I went there and got a Green Mountain Grill. Also some items with it all at a great deal. Thanks for the great product, great customer service and loading it in my suv. I will be back for more. This summer for mowing and grilling needs Next winter for pellets.

Customer service is quite lacking. Especially working for an organization who gives them LOTS of business. Very disappointing.
