I have used WOW hair braiding in the past. One issue that I have with them; I make the appoint online, I am given a price and it later changes by $40-50 or more. This time I added in hair washing. It was awful. No conditioner added and the shampoo left my hair tangled and unmanageable. The stylist didn't not care. I asked for four braids and I was asked if I wanted stitch braids? I said yes and it went from $50-$90. It was so painful, it was unbelievable but she did not appear to want to do it, but she pulled and pulled and if this is what stitch braids feel like, I will never get them again. I do not understand why it has to be so much pulling and tugging on my hair. The pulling on my hairline concerns me. After all the pain, my hair did not look as though there was a stitch in sight. This was done for Christmas, I was so disappointed. It felt like giving away $90.

I just got my hair braided here, and I love it. All of the stylists are wonderful. The salon has a relaxed, friendly atmosphere, and I'll definitely be back!

I honestly had the best experience here. I booked and appointment for 12:30. Walked in a 12:20 and they started on me immediately. I definitely suggest paying extra $10 for a wash, they wash your hair perfectly, condition and detangle. My braids are so pretty and they truly are a very welcoming group of ladies. I won't be letting anyone else do my hair other than them from now on.
P.S.- it is conveniently located next to 2 beauty supplies. Get all your needs right before your appointment if needed.

The ladies that took care of me were awesome!! I came in after just taking down some 4mo braids and they didn't complain they just took care of it. I got butt length goddess braids and was only there 5 hrs (I'm 5'10) at one point there were 4 ladies in my head braiding. I highly recommend this place, I will be back.

Service is f^cking terrible and my braids were uneven. How can an "experienced" braider make the cornrows on the left side of my head larger than the ones on the right side smfh....SIMPLE CORNROWS and for $200??? NEVER AGAIN. REPORTING BUSINESS TO BBB. Would give 0 stars if I could.

All of the braiders are very talented and do clean, neat work. The prices are reasonable and affordable and the staff is always very welcoming to new clients. I've been going here for going on 4 years and I always leave happy and love my hair!

This place is the best place to get your hair done in a stylish manner. The ladies are very nice, polite, professional, and on top of their game when it comes to styling your hair. I have received so many compliments on my different hairstyles from this shop, I do plan on going back again soon.

I have been to this shop before and I really liked the work. I had forgotten the experience until I wanted to get my hair braided again. I will definitely go back to this shop because they are efficient and have reasonable prices, but most of all, do great work!!!
