Xian De Lai

My hubby and I love one of their steamboat broth at Xian De Lai, especially their duck soup base since the days we been eating at their liang seah street branch. At the nex branch, the hot pot comes in individual pots. These means that everyone can have a soup base of their choice.
The branch at nex allows you to have two options either set meal or buffet. Hmm, we usually think that the buffet would be a value for money and often we will opt of that.
They have a self service sauce station for you to mix your own dipping sauce for your meal. The items for the steamboat are rather fresh and I like the homemade noodles that are beef, pork and chicken and their dumplings too. They also have a list of cooked food for you to choose from and they are delicious too.
