Fantastic customer service. Excellent cleaning skills. Very responsive, trustworthy and empathetic. We were in a vulnerable situation and she not only did not take advantage of us, she treated our family the way I hoped she would. She actually came, with help, the same day I contacted her. She cleaned my parents home beautifully, and at a fair price. I have booked her for future cleanings as well.

A few weeks ago cleaners from Xtra Help came to my home for my scheduled 3 week house cleaning service. This was probably the sixth cleaning I've had using this service, always with a different crew of two. During the cleaning I observed a scum like haze on my stainless-steel appliances and pointed this out to one of the cleaners as unacceptable. She stated she would take care of it. I didn't think I would have to supervise their work as I was working in my office. When they were finished, they were already halfway out the front door. It was then that I noticed standing pools of water on my hardwood floors. Going through my house I discovered they hadn't taken care of the appliances as I was told they would or bothered to put my dining chairs back in place, then I went into the master bedroom and found my table lamp leaning against the wall on the lampshade. It only got worse, the closet mirrors and glass shower doors all had the same scum like film residue as the kitchen appliances. I took photos as evidence and contacted the owner Veronica Jiminez to express my concerns. Veronica then advised they would "fix" this on the next visit which is 3 weeks away. I advised there was nothing to "fix", that I would clean up the mess and withhold the same $25.00 she would charge for any extra work she charges no matter how small it may be. This is where it got unbelievably ugly. She requested proof, which I provided the photos. She then tells me I have to pay the full amount for which I was not buying, she then offers me a $10.00 discount, are you kidding me? Mind you Veronica herself admitted they hadn't completed the initial Deep Clean which I paid for! I advised her my house looked worse than it did before they came! What ensued was an ALL-DAY text War! I stood my ground as now principles are on the line. I advised Veronica the homeowner has the right to complain if things are unsatisfactory, that it's the business owner's responsibility to own up to the complaint and offer a reasonable and acceptable solution. All she could do was make up lies about being cheated for all the previous visits by not paying before any work was done, when in fact she had been paid each and every time the day the services were completed via her preferred method using Zelle!! All this seemed to throw fuel on her fire! After this argument prolonged well into the evening ruining not only my day and lunch but my dinner as well in which Veronica made it personal, I advised that I needed to get on with my life and would block her. The next morning, I was very light headed and dizzy, I thought I needed to eat something, I was too dizzy to stand and afraid to drive myself to get something to eat. I asked a neighbor to bring me something to eat, which did help. I was able to make my doctor's appointment later that day, the nurse advised that my blood pressure was unusually high and asked if anything had happened. This is when I put two and two together. I am a senior with diabetic conditions, I could have had a stroke! It's taken a while to get my blood pressure back to normal therefore I didn't want to revisit this dreadful experience right away, hence this is why I couldn't write the review sooner. Shame on Ms Jiminezx!!! I ABSOLUTELY Do Not RECOMMEND XtraHelp!

SO HAPPY with the way my house turned out. I would recommend over and over again!! Super affordable, cleaning staff was so sweet and awesome with my dog.. I can finally breathe again!!!! Look at the difference between my floor, what it looked like in the laundry room(which I asked not to be cleaned due to unpacking) and the kitchen. Thank you guys!!!

Horrible business integrity & punctuation being on time. NEVER not a single time have they been on time. They get upset if you question anything in regards to having been scheduled days in a row & them being a no show. They'll call you late, after the appointment should have already been started. This happened no once, not twice, but three times.

My previous tenant left my unit quite filthy. Xtra-help house cleaning did an amazing job cleaning my unit. Would highly recommend!

You will not go wrong with this cleaning service. Veronica and her staff are AMAZING! Not only did they deep clean my house to perfection, they took great care to tidy up my daughter's area. They are sensitive to the fact she is autistic and made sure she was okay with where her items were placed. They are an EXCELLENT help! They did a GREAT job and are the ones you choose to clean your home weekly and bi-weekly to keep your home in GOOD shape! I LOVE them!!!!!
