Nice mom and pop style restaurant. Not heavily decorated simple with nice smooth pop music. Tried the house special pad Thai country dish. The house peanut sauce is amazing! My boy had the non spicy pad Thai with chicken, least he is trying new foods. Wife had the yellow curry and I loved it but was a touch to spicy for her taste added some rice until perfect.
Overall happy with the dining experience while on vacation.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Sep 18, 2023
Simple and very comprehensive menu. Everything is roughly $15. In the afternoon, the windows allow for the sunlight to come in nicely. The chicken in both dishes was a little dry. The potato's in my yellow curry could've been a tad smaller and cooked a little more. The portion was a little disappointing. Typically when I go to a Thai restaurant, I expect to have some leftovers. But here, my partner and I left still hungry. Their decor was a little tacky. I did like the jazzy music in the background. The server was very nice though.

The curry from this restaurant was pretty much the only reason I made it through the day while visiting the Oregon coast. My sister and I were completely wiped out, tired of driving after some unexpected traffic, and probably quite hangry by the time we arrived at Yellow Curry. The coast was a nice cool 60 degrees and all I wanted was some nice cozy warm food. Surprise surprise, I ordered the yellow (tofu) curry and it hit. the. spot. It was flavorful and warming with the perfect level of spice for someone like me who is wimpy but wants to pretend I'm adventurous. I wish that we were not traveling so I could have taken the extra with me because it easily could have been another meal. If you need a place to stop in and want a nice quiet and tasty meal, I definitely recommend this spot!

We were staying in a hotel nearby and were craving Thai food. It was a Monday, so it was kind of a challenge to find one that was open or had decent hours. Thankfully Yellow Curry saved the day by being open!
We just did takeout, so I can't say too much for dining in with them. That said, everything was packaged nicely and food was still warm once we got back to the hotel.
Let me preface this by saying I broke a cardinal rule and I did not read the reviews first. I definitely should've, because it would've influenced the way I ordered!
Yellow Curry serves up their food authentically and this means the spice is SPICIN'. I went with a three star (which is my normal) and it was borderline too much. I was able to eat a good amount of it, but at the expense of my lips and taste buds. That said, it was still really delicious and the noodles of my pad thai had great flavor! Meat was also delicious and decent cuts.
All in all, Yellow Curry is a great option - just place your spice level accordingly!Helpful 12Thanks 0Love this 10Oh no 1 - Apr 16, 2023
I ordered our meal to go since we were staying close by and we had our pup with us. The food had good flavor. We enjoyed the catfish, pad Thai and the chicken fried rice. The staff was very friendly. The restaurant is quaint and cute. I look forward to trying their Tom yum next time.

Cute little place right beside our hotel. We were delighted to see them open on Christmas Day since we were traveling from across the country. The food was authentic and perfectly spiced. The Red Curry shrimp had a smooth texture, perfectly cooked veggies, and tasty rice. The only complaint I have is the person size was smaller than expected, but was surprisingly what I needed. The server was pleasant and the food came out quickly. This is a must try spot if you enjoy Thai food.

Came here for dinner while on vacation because I love it. Have been here many times and the food is always outstanding - this time was no different. Got the tofu pad thai (YUM) and the tofu drunken noodle (YUM). One complaint this time was that the portion sizes have gone down quite a bit and are now too small - I was bummed and almost ordered a second plate. Knocking them a point for this. The medium spice is pretty spicy - both kids needed mild. The thai iced tea also is outstanding and a fair price. I'll be back and hopefully they'll up the portion sizes next time to what they've always been in the past.
Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0Aug 26, 2019Previous reviewCame back here for lunch and, once again, had a stellar meal. Upgrading my overall ranking to 5 stars. It's excellent, and I can't wait to come back for more.
May 6, 2019Previous reviewA solid 4.5 stars as the food is excellent. The pad thai (with fresh tofu) is outstanding, the drunken noodle is amazing, and the wonton soup also was really good (and came in a fun, fancy flaming tower). Thai iced tea also was very good. It's rare to find a Thai restaurant that is consistently good on all of these different dishes. We will definitely come back here again on our next visit to Seaside.
Aug 26, 2017Previous reviewCame here for dinner and have mixed reviews. Got the Pad Thai with fresh tofu and it was excellent - great flavors and perfect medium spice level. Wife got the drunken noodle and thought it was ok - it was quite a bit spicier than the medium she ordered. I, on the other hand, thought the dish was great. Service was sloooooow as they were short staffed, so we had quite a wait for our food but I thought it was worth it - I will definitely come back.

I tried the other Thai place in town and deemed it kind of expensive so I tried this place. Don't. the portions are child sized. $15 for pad Thai should leave me needing seconds. Never again.

Really great food and really fair prices. I ate here a couple of years ago and it was awesome. When we visited Seaside again I wanted to come back and I have to say, after inflation has affected so many places, I couldn't believe how inexpensive my order was.
I ordered take out, but it smells amazing inside the restaurant and the brief interactions I saw from staff made them seem very pleasant. I'll be eating here every time I come to Seaside.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Jun 11, 2022
This is such a cozy little place to eat some banging Thai food! The restaurant seats maybe 8 tables total (but you can call ahead and make a reservation). We instantly knew the food was going to be great when we saw a giant bag of Thai basil sitting out.
We tried the Pad Thai (spicy), Yellow Curry, and the Garlic Supreme Stir Fry (spicy). We highly recommend the yellow curry -- yum! The food also came out super quick.
You almost feel like you are in a bowl of curry with the sunshine yellow walls and the cute little cheugy decor sprinkled around. This vibe is perfect for a cold Pacific Northwest Day.
The customer service was non-existent (I think that there was only one person working there), otherwise this place would be five stars!
A giant plus-a-roo this place is vegan, vegetarian, and GF friendly!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
