I have been visiting Dr. Cheng's office since I was in my 30's. It's been more than 20 years now.
Regular twice a year cleaning, once in a while fix a Cavity and I had 2 teeth implants. Plus, I got Braces 7 years ago. Overall, I am a 100% Satisfied customer. I believe having good teeth are related to have a healthy life.
A friendly and well organized management make a dental appointment more relaxed. Convenient location and a big parking lot are a plus.

I did not go to the dentist in a while. I had a check up with x-rays and the dentist suggested a deep clean (descaling). This is not a fun procedure; but other than putting in the novocaine; this process was painless. My teeth feel great. Each person I encountered was kind, patient and took the time to explain everything. They will check your insurance to figure out what will work within your budget. This has been the best experience I have ever had with a dental office. I can highly recommend.

The staff is amazing and the customer service is amazing as well. Someone told me about them a while back and I thought I'd give them a try after reading the reviews. I highly recommend that you visit this office. Victoria is amazing as well. Make sure you ask for her and don't let anyone else service you!

I've been coming to this dentistry since I was a little kid and honestly everyone here is like family. They've always treated me and my family with the utmost respect and they always make sure I'm doing okay. On top of that, they have some of the worlds most high tech stuff ever. It's super clean and relaxing here and all the dentists make you feel very calm.

So if you're deciding between this dentistry and another one, hands down, this is the best one in all of Georgia. Come visit them! You won't regret it!

This is in regards to new management in this office. Unfortunately, I have left this office mostly because I have moved out of state, and would have gladly come back, but my family has also begun to agree that their billing policies could be revised.

The last time I was here, the service was good and the team was professional and knowledgeable but at the very end of a normal routine teeth cleaning (I have no teeth issues), they started tacking on random imaging and other procedures, and when questioned what they were for, they would hastily say it's indicated etc, but when I asked for what it was they were exactly doing, it became a little suspicious that they were just tacking unnecessary procedures. I changed dental offices soon after that, and the procedures were never recommended again. I've also seen my family members receive bills that really don't make much sense for a routine cleaning; it's as if though they tack on random 40-200$ here and there, like a normal oil change in which by the time you're done, you're somehow paying for brakes, wipers, fluids etc that you're not even sure had to be done but because you don't know the field, you trust the professional treating you.

I urge that this office be more open with patients about what is being done and have open conversations. This office is in Buford highway and services underserved and a large migrant population. Billing random procedures and charging larger fees does not seem ethical, especially in a low literacy area. And I will say, dentistry for the general public is an elusive and esoteric field, unlike medicine where WebMD can provide most teaching.

Overall, the service and work is done well and Dr. Cheng is still a leading specialist, but I question the ethics and billing of this place. I would not go back because I think patient physician relationships should be an open practice, but an open mouth and then open wallet without discussion/education process.

Totally incompetent and a nightmare experience. I went in for a filling for a cavity. They cut too far into the nerve, and I was in excruciating pain. Then what was a simple filling for a cavity turned into a root canal. Two years later, the root canal fails, and it gets infected, and I am in excruciating pain again. I had to see an endodonics to get rid of the infection and have the root canal redone because of their negligence. I had to pay a fair amount of money out of pocket as a result of their incompetence and negligence in addition to the pain and suffering that I had to endure.

There is no way this place is covid friendly. I've never been to a dentist office that has completely open air rooms with patients. There are no doors here. You are sitting in a chair with your mouth wide open next to another stranger with their mouth wide open. Not only is that a privacy issue, but with covid it is insane. Please put up some doors.

Other than the borderline extreme covid issue, I love this place and would have no problem returning after the pandemic.
