I've only attended Hope's Saturday morning class but I enjoy it immensely. Want to do an inversion? Sure. Want to chill in child's pose? Sure. I don't feel pressured to do more or less than I can bring that day and that is just the vibe I love.
Finding Yoga One has been good for my mindset since relocating to Virginia. I've been struggling with my new home and this little studio reminds me to enjoy this part of my adventure too.

Marija J.Alexandria, VA21164Apr 9, 2016I enjoyed the practice. The only complaint is that they have few classes that they offer. Friday there are no classes at all, and Saturday just . I wanted to buy more classes,but realized that their class schedule is not very accommodating, and quite limited. I think I found a good studio in Richmond, although it is 30 min. away.
