Only given one star because there is no zero star rating. Completely appalled by this business and their lack of communication to customers. I have recently experienced some technical issues with my device and I went to this shop to fix it. They assured me a screen repair would fix the issue however upon later inspection from apple, this was not the case as it was a hardware issue. They replaced my perfectly good screen with another one when the screen was not the issue. Scamming me. After spending £80 on this screen repair and apple telling me that the screen shouldn't have been replaced as it was not the issue, I communicated to the business how I would like a refund. My emails have been ignored and they have breached the terms of their policy in relation consumer rights act 2015. I will be taking further action and I advice people to stay clear of this business.

I had my I phone screen replaced on 11th December.
It flipped out of place the same day and kept doing it
I rang the shop the same day and was told to return it.
I went to the shop the following day (12th December) and they refused to repair or refund despite my having the receipt.
      Disgusting service.
I am going to refer to Trading Standards as well as apply for a CCJ.
Firms like this shouldn't be allowed

      First to Review

Took my phone in for repair, they sent it off and now I can't sign in due to NRP lock, despite proving in person in the shop the Google accounts are correct for that phone which I have owned since new, rendering the phone useless. Trading standards involved as they haven't fixed it with due care and skill as per stutory rights under UK law. Now taking it further as the shop won't repair under repeat performance free of charge, expecting me to pay again to send it off, again as per UK Stautory Law. The shop is not or be willing to use an alternative dispute resolution scheme. Will not abide by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or Statutory UK Law after ringing them back when I got home and Tading Standards have advised me to take it further. Take in at your own risk!!!!
