Got my lips and a diamond glow. My skin has never healed since the diamond glow in October. I issued to never have acne or dry skin. My skin has been peeling since and has never returned to normal despite the dermatologist. Do not get a diamond glow. However they do incredible lips so def check that out. The office has a great atmosphere and all workers are kind.

I’m so sorry you did not have a good experience with the Diamond Glow. This is the first complaint on the Diamond Glow and it has been 4 years using this device. I tried to find your information in our data base to look up your treatment information and could not find anything in October that matched your information. Excellent service & nurses! They are very professional, kind, & patient with you! They are very reassuring & make you feel totally comfortable & confident. They discuss all your options, any contraindications, & any questions you have. I got lip filler for the first time & Jessica did phenomenal I love the results, will definitely be coming back very soon. The ambience & environment of the place, as suggests by the name, is super relaxing & zen.

She was very easy to talk to and the room was very clean and professional looking when I had my procedure done. She is exceptionally friendly and I loved my outcome and everyone there!

My sisters planned a treat yourself day for myself and my husband. This was by far my favorite stop! We had microdermabrasions for both of us with Amber. She is a medical esthetician and certified laser specialist. I really enjoyed the work and effort that she put into taking care of us. I've had this done before and could really tell that she took her time to make sure we were taken care of. She also was helpful with follow up questions.

I've had a lazy eye for a very long time and I actually have gotten Botox before before and they poked my forehead and she just went around my eyebrow this time and she did such amazing work. I will and would recommend her to anyone for Botox!! The girls in the front were great, too! Super welcoming and the paperwork was easy to understand. The doctor even came in and introduced himself which made me feel even better about going there. During my free consultation I was pressured by Amber to buy several hundred dollars worth of products- ( I refused of course). I did not need fake, overpriced lotions. Lame . I did not appreciate this woman trying to con me into buying unnecessary products. The Doctor who owns this place should be ashamed of herself for holding a beggars cup and being gold digger.

K.M., We care about skin. During your free skin consultation you were scheduled with our aesthetician. During that consultation she did not recommend the chemical peel that you were inquiring about. When individuals have more melanin in their skin due to ethnicity, it is best for them to have the treatment in cooler weather, not in the summer. Amber gave you options for other treatments that could be done with a higher measure of safety. We want to protect your skin. We have seen damage done to skin from other spas. Skincare products that are medical grade are an awesome alternative, we have amazing brightening agents. Dr. Butler and I both agree with her decision to not treat you with a chemical peel.
