My Jeep was fresh out of a shop, we were headed from one state to another and there we were in Florence Ky with fluids flying. No one we called could help us. We took a chance on the service at Zimmers despite other reviews and we couldn't be happier. They were kind, honest, and to the point. They were able to gather parts, rip her apart and get her back together so we could be on the road. This took about 5 hours but you WE ARE HAPPY! Everyone else we called told us they couldn't touch it for at least a week! They even made sure we had a way to get to the nearby mall so we weren't just sitting and waiting for hours. Great service and kindness from everyone we interacted with! Stephanie was Amazing! She went above and beyond with our experience!

Schedule oil change online for my ram 2500. my total online said it would be $79 for Oil change with 7 quarts of 0-W40 oil.I checked out, they try to charge me $160. I asked them why they were charging me more than what I was quoted online. I was told they charge more for 0-W40. I showed them my quote online that it included 0-W40 oil. He went and got somebody else, and she was telling me that they're online prices is not correct. She did drop the price to $115 because I also got a tire rotation but the tire rotation was supposed to be included with the oil change. If this is the kind of shady practices they're going to pull I will not buy a vehicle from them or trust them to work on my vehicle again.

My trip there took them 4 weeks to fix my truck. I needed my rear differential replaced with warranty. They said my rear E brakes were loose when they started working on it, which is ironic because my E brake worked fine prior to them working on my truck. Now my air front air ride suspension sags all the way down when the truck is parked over night, it previously never did that. They also replaced a control arm on the drivers front which they did not tell me about and that is the side my airbag seems to not work properly. I have tried to make a claim with them when picking up my truck and they said their managers were in a meeting and that the HR person would call me for a claim . They havent called me . This place does shady businesses

They called about my rear Ebrakes being loose and not connected. My Ebrakes worked fine until the shop worked on my truck. They offered to fix it for over $600, I declined. They called about my air ride not working properly, it always worked correctly until they got their hands on it. It now sags very low when the truck is parked over night . I wanted to make a claim against them when picking up my truck, the service department said their manager was in a meeting, I asked for a GM, they said they too were in a meeting. Then they said a HR person would contact me to file this claim, so far they have ghosted me so here I am sending this review out

If it was possible to give negative stars, I'd give them 10 immediately. Not only is the service department incompetent, they make it pretty obvious that they're just scammers. Be sure to have your vehicle here for over a week for any scheduled service you may have, even something a simple as an oil change. Also, be sure to know that they will not communicate with you at all about the status or progress of the work on your vehicle. Typical excuse was "Our phones have been down". Really? A functioning service department doesn't have access to phones but sales does? Be real. The service department manager needs to have some management 101 courses based off their competency, customer service skills, and social skills. I would recommend that no one get their vehicle serviced here. Not only will you leave disappointed, you'd also come back angry due services not being done correctly or efficiently. Please take this as a warning for all those who are looking to have their vehicles serviced here!

Horrible customer service. Avoid their service department at all costs. RAM makes a decent product, but I would go anywhere but here to buy or service the vehicle.

Charged me $670 for battery and oil change. Told them not to perform the oil change after I was informed they were charging over $500 for the battery because they had to diagnose the problem. Reputable shop would only charge about half what Zimmer just gouged me for.

2019 Wrangler we bought from Zimmer is having catastrophic electronic failure. Jeep is not drivable in its current condition. Dash board lights up and power steering goes out WHILE driving down the highway! Went out to the service department and talked to the service manager who was extremely rude and basically laughed at me. Told me to have the Jeep towed in, leave it there for 4-7 days and maybe they could look at it. How is my wife supposed to get to work for "4-7" days without a vehicle?? Scott the service manager was a flat out jerk and had a grin on his face the entire time while trying I was trying to work through a solution. Completely unhelpful and worthless service department. They don't support the products that they sell and treat their customers like crap. Last time I will ever go to Zimmer. Anyone considering buying from here should steer clear.

Been trying to get work done on my car for over 2 weeks. Every time I call up there I am told someone will call me back and they don't. So I drove up there and was told there are to busy to call customers back. Went down the road and had someone else look at my car and what took 2 weeks for Zimmer to do the other place had ordered the part and scheduled me a day to bring it in, In less then 30mins.

I took my truck in to get the parking brake fixed. I made an appointment and dropped it off on a Tuesday. Called on Friday and they said they were waiting on a qualified tech to look at it. Called again on Monday and they said they would have an estimate today. Called Tuesday and they said they would send estimate today when they got parts prices. They finally sent a verbal estimate for $4360.00. I left a message for some one to call with details but did not get a return call so I went up to find out why the cost was so high. They still did not have a written estimate but wanted to replace rotors, brake pads, master cylinder, all parking brake cables and pads. I only had 6000 miles on the pads and rotors. I picked up the truck and took it to another shop. They only charged me $750. Not sure if they treat everyone this way or just seniors. Note this is a 2005 Dodge Ram so not even worth $4500. They also charged me $150 for the estimate but still has never sent me a written estimate.

If I can give No star, I would! Awful experience here. I scheduled the car service here. They didn't do as they promised! I had to make it up there three times to fix that they could have done right the first place. And even worse is that they charge without letting me know until I found out at home! Never ever ever going there. Don't even bother going there to buy car or any service! Waste time and money. Dishonest business!
