wouldn't recommend this store to anybody. Went to return a fish and they said the water was contaminated because the fish was in it. The fish was in the water when it died already.

I normally don't write reviews but this is for everyone to know how the owner really is. Worst place to shop! They are very helpful when you are buying but when something doesn't work and you want to return, every excuse in the book is used to not take it back. I bought the Economy Ultimate GravelVac at $60-$70. Last time i checked , for you to know whether something works or not you have to try it. I came in the morning and not once did the OWNER mention that if it was used I couldn't return it. She said to try to find a sink adapter at home depot , Lowes, or Ace. So I was very cooperative and did just that. I even went to Fagers and they didn't have no clue how to make it work. I tried everything I could in order for it to work and all i ended up accomplishing was getting soaked so i finally gave up after the frustration and decided to return it. I have a huge tank so I was hoping this would work because its a pain removing the water with buckets. I go to the store to return it since it wasn't working as much as i tried to make it work. Once i get there, the girl at the counter was new so she went to ask for help. The girl comes out and asks what wrong. So i tell her and she says oh yea i heard about you. First thing i thought was "Umm like ok". Honestly for me that was disrespectful because the owner had already told her to not accept my return like if she knew it wouldn't work. But i let it slide and still told her about my frustration. And said she couldn't do anything because it was used. Which isn't something logical because how else would you test out a product if it works or not without using it. Also on the receipt it never states that it couldn't be returned if its used. I literally just opened the box this morning to clean my fish tank and ran into this problem! LAST TIME I WILL BE SHOPPING THERE. if i could leave no stars i would but unfortunately I cant.

I was looking for a mom and pop shop near Middletown PA. Someone suggested this place and I loved it! They partner with the Humane Society to adopt dogs and cats. They have adopted out 738 dogs so far!! The customer service was great and they have anything you could ever need!

love this place but they NEVER open on time which is a huge inconvenience. every time i come here around open time i sit outside the door 15-20 minutes until they open the door. two times has it been 1120 or later til they opened.

Great pet store that partners with the humane society to adopt out rescue dogs. Also, THE local pet store for feeder insects and rodents. Great prices, too!

As a fishpimp its a Asian thing this only pet shop carries exotic freshwater ...they are healthy too and well kept..Friendly Staff . Good to see this shop surviving the mamaNpop apocalypse of pet shops

This store has a wide variety of pets as soon as you pass by the front window of it in the colonial park mall. Ranging from rodents, to reptiles, even to cats and dogs. The store staff is exceptional and takes wonderful care of each and every animal in the store to their needs and are very helpful in assisting you for yours.

Kim was so patient and helpful! She helped me go through the adoption process with ease. We have 2 little kittens and they are a welcome addition to our family.
