      Updated review

I gave this place one star because one can't deny the wide selection they have, but two of my three experiences with this company have been miserable, (one was just bad) and after this last time, I vow never to go back. It is the service that is so poor. Once my partner and I ordered a bike, paid for it, and then waited a month for it. (They said it would take two weeks.) I finally called them asking where our bike was and they said, whoops! That bike has been out-of-stock for a month. They offered a slightly nicer replacement bike, and we did get that, but then they called every week asking us to pick up the original bike we ordered, which was now magically in stock again I guess. We explained every time we already had a bike. The phone calls slowed to a monthly basis, but it was very apparent no one is running that ship and communication is very poor. With my last purchase I had to bring the bike back twice to be repaired within three weeks of purchase. The bike cost €1000, and they weren't particularly bothered by this information. It can happen, they said! They were willing to fix it, but always tried to make me leave the bike and wait for their convenience to fix it, despite having an enormous staff who should at least be able to accommodate customers at least as easily as the smaller bike shops. It seems here customer is always wrong and if your bike is broken they will fix it for you when they are good and ready. Once I brought in a bike with a repair and before they even looked at it they started accusing me of being the problem! Did you leave it outside?!? they accused. No, I put in my bed upstairs at night. They don't even include the normal three-month inspection in the purchase price of your bike anymore, but if you don't do it, the warranty is void. I regret buying any of our bikes there. If you can, look elsewhere.
