"When I was in Tokyo, my group decided on Bar Trench and they did not disappoint. I would advise to go before they open if you can, our group arrived 15 prior to opening and there were already a few people in line. The interior is small so it doesn't fit many. Our group had basically had ordered everything on the entire menu to try except the Bloody Mary and every drink was amazing. My favorite by far was the Yuzu Penichillin. The Trench 75 was also pretty unique and one of their most popular drinks. Service was great and the staff spoke English so you don't have to stress about ordering. I'll definitely revisit the next time I'm in Tokyo."
