"We had a refrigerator quit and called a refrigerator service company. I think it was a mom and pop shop. The fella came out, disassembled the refrigerator and said he thought it needed a new fan motor and would order one and come back to replace it. So we waited (crickets) and called back and he said the fan motor would come in by Monday (this was Wednesday) (again crickets). Called again....again...and again..... Soooo we called Circle N Appliance and they were here that day, looked at the refrigerator, plugged it in, didn't see anything wrong with it. He said he thought that maybe the motor froze because food was covering the fan (admittedly it was, duh on our par). So he put the refrigerator back together and didn't charge us a penny. Guess where we're buying our next appliance..."
