"Absolutely terrible service and communication. They are rude and refused to pick us up at arranged time for return to airport.. They then refused to accept fault despite me having emails proving their error. I would never use them again and am still awaiting a refund from them for their refusal to pick me up. On pickup from airport, they used a tiny little car that left my 2 children sitting in one seat without a seatbelt. Worst Transfer service I have ever used. WIll NEVER use them again. I used Avenue Link Transport and Sau WEN was extremely profssional and courteous offering helfpul service above and beyond."
