"I had a pleasant experience with Bike and Kayak tours! The check in process for our kayak tour was easy and the customer service was great. My boyfriend and I toured w/ Michael who was very knowledgeable and friendly. He eased my boyfriend's nerves who was a first time (and very reluctant) kayaker. We watched other touring companies enter caves and their clients capsized (lol). However with Mike's attention to detail, skilled timing, and effort he safely moved us in and out of the cave and throughout the water tour seamlessly. I would highly recommend this company as safety is as much a priority as having fun! Don't wait! Book the tour and ask for Michael!"
