Adhiroha is one of the many name used to invoke Lord “Shiva”. Adhiroha means “One Seated within” also to “ascend up” or to “rise above”.

Adhiroha is founded by family of yogis who are into yoga and meditation practices for the last two decades. It is one of the best schools for residential teacher training course in Rishikesh, India. We provide traditional yoga training with an authentic teaching style which makes Adhiroha very unique and exclusive.

Our Shala is nestled in a 2 acre property located in the middle of the forest and at a walkable distance to river Ganga Ji and Tapovan (lakshman Jhula). Owing to this one can live in the tranquility of nature and at the same time is stone throw away from hustle & bustle of the town, enabling you to get the best of both worlds.

We have a team of finest and experienced teachers who will share their knowledge and experiences other than teaching yoga, which will enhance the learning experience of our students. Our yoga hall is big, airy and has a breathtaking mountain view.

Our Ashram is blessed with essential elements of nature. We have a beautiful creek alongside the property and brook flowing through the ashram, wherein one can experience the sounds of nature, flowing water and the chirping of birds.

We offer our students spacious and beautiful accommodation with ensuite washrooms. All rooms are facing mountains. Students will enjoy delicious balanced diet made with love and respect.

My experience at The Adhiroha Yoga School was both educational and profound. I will continue to keep in touch with both my teachers and fellow students as continue on the Yogic path and way of life.
