The Permit Inspector said our frame out for the concrete was quality work. Today, Joe completed the clean up and truly went above and beyond by providing top soil and green sod placing it around the concrete edge. We also appreciate the way the sod was placed to both run rain away from lanai and protect the concrete from damage due to the way the lawn care folks do edging. It required adding some fill, extending our cement slab and pouring and leveling cement. We then decided to cover the whole area with travertine tile that required they follow a certain pattern. I must say that Joe and his team performed the work in a professional and friendly manner. They performed this work with great attention to detail. Joe and his team acted respectfully, professionally and held to their schedule as promised. I am quite sure other contractors would have torn up some landscape in the process but not Joe.
