First time trying back fat ramen - delicious! Surprisingly not heavy despite how it looks.

Soup - just a tad bit too salty but at the same time it helps cut the heaviness and was flavourful

Noodles - yummy, pairs well

Toppings - standard?

I was craving Jiro style ramen, and decided to try this shop. Although this shop’s ramen is not exactly Jiro style, it is similar in a way. I was wanted very heavy and fatty ramen 😆

This shop specializes in fatty pork bone broth ramen. I order the bakumori fatty ramen. You get to choose the amount of noodles (200, 300 or 400 grams).

There is a small basket filled with various condiments for the ramen. Mayonnaise, mustard, grated Kraft Parmesan cheese, chili powder, Szechuan chili powder, dried fish flakes, etc. they recommended these toppings to go with the bakumori ramen 🤔

I really enjoyed the noodles. They arefirm, thick and dense. The ramen was extremely fatty and the broth was minimal, it was an interesting style. I wished there was a bit more broth and chashu, but it was good and satisfied my craving 😆

If I were to go back I might try the miso ramen or Tsukemen. Their miso ramen was awarded 😯

Bakumori abura men is the best I have ever ate.
You can choose amount of noodles 200g to 400g, but if you are true Abura soba fun, choose 400g without hesitant.

First bite is like going to the heaven.
To be honest, later part is getting harder. You should fight with the thick noodle and heavy oil.
When you finish it, you feel like never eat it again.
Strangely, a month later you're in line again.

One thing, don’t forget that Bakumori abura men is served after 2pm.
